For more than two decades, I’ve worked inside and alongside large foodservice operators, retailers, and industry initiatives to reduce food waste, strengthen operations, and translate strategy into day-to-day programs that actually stick.My work sits at the intersection of operations, data, and behavior, grounded in the realities of how kitchens, stores, events, and teams function at scale.

An important part of my work is supporting people doing meaningful, impact-driven work.I mentor entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and early-stage initiatives, often at the intersection of food access, sustainability, and community development. I’m especially committed to supporting women-led organizations and founders from underrepresented communities.Mentorship, board service, and community engagement are ways I invest in the broader ecosystem beyond individual projects.
